This wooden knife was made from a piece of seasoned wood from our wood pile. The knife is very sturdy so don’t be afraid to use it since the wood becomes more beautiful with time and wear. The knife is ideal for cutting cakes.
The knife was carved using only traditional hand tools and was finished with two coats of olive oil.
The length of the knife is 250 mm. The blade is 140 mm long and 40 mm wide.
Rub your knife with olive oil, peanut or sunflower oil once a month. Dip a paper towel into the oil and gently rub, using a circular motion over the surface of the wood. Work the oil into the sides, top and bottom.
